I'm ashamed that It's difficult to think of anything new about an excellent-performing company, but when a company attains a perfect performance score from 93 satisfied customers, you know that you've found a great company. Tim and his crew performed like a fine machine. Their planning and scheduling was excellent. They were on time, they did their job ,answered the questions we had, and offered suggestions that we hadn't considered. After they finished a job well-done, you wouldn't even know that they had been there, and we were impatient to wait for a rain storm, to test the product. Tim Taylor and his crew didn't disappoint us!

I live pretty a bit far from Tim Taylor Gutters, but I was treated like Gold!! Tim helped me over the phone to diagnose a problem which was pretty minor. Thank goodness! Apparently, something hit an area underneath the soffit and since it’s aluminum, it bent easily. He said it was a minor repair and explained how to fix the area. We chose this company because of the reviews, and were not disappointed. They replaced the facia and soffits on our house, replaced some rotten siding, and installed gutters. The work appears to be high quality. They were efficient, and started working at 7 am, putting in two full days. There was a brief delay in scheduling because materials weren't available, but I don't blame this company for that. As soon as they had the materials they needed, they came the next day and started working. We are very happy with how nice it looks.

Tim and his team were very professional. I got a quote for the same work 3 years ago and was twice as much. So either one of these would have been a great reason to pick Tim, but to get both in todays world and the final results show why you should be picky in who you choose. Perfect is an understatement! I highly recommend this company for gutter installation. I sent an email via FB, received a quick response. He made an appointment to come by my home, he took measurements, emailed my estimate, I signed a contract and sent it back. It was that simple. I was given a date for installation and they came 2 weeks earlier. I have no complaints whatsoever. They did an excellent job. They answered all my questions with patience. And did everything they said they would do. He even redid part of a gutter installation I had done by a previous company which was not correct. And besides the great work he was very kind and professional.

Tim and his two nephews, Kevin and DJ just finished replacing all of mine (hurricane damage from last year). The only reason for the long delay is he had to wait until the roof was done last month. At that time, the roofer was supposed to provide those services, but bailed at the last minute. I signed Tim's contract on February 3rd, and he started on the 15th, even though he had a number of jobs ahead of me. He took pity on me, since there were so many soffits missing, exposing the wood to the elements. The workmanship and quality of his products are outstanding, they were respectful of my property, and cleaned everything up to perfection. I have written plenty of poor reviews in the past, so I am more than happy to give Tim Taylor Gutters a 5 Star review!

We had many highly recommended companies quote our project, and while they were all similar in price and reviews, they all planned to put up basic white gutters. Tim took the time to match the gutters to the color of our house paint and made them on-site. for a perfect fit. The final product was amazing. The guys told me that a previously installed gutter was not correct and they would do a work around. Then when the job was done Kevin said he decided to fix the old gutter to match the new one. Tim Taylor knows gutters! He recommended attaching a 1"x 4" board pad out to the existing fascia to make sure the gutters would be secure and stable. The long length around the pool deck to a single downspout meant the gutters had to be mounted with a slight slope. They are working great! His estimate of the time it would take to install was right on target. Tim and his 2 nephews make an efficient and skilled team. I'm very pleased with my choice.

Contacted Tim Taylor, referred by two different people. Showed up for estimate at the exact time he said. Awesome gentleman . He told me his team is small. Only uses family members. Schedule was out few weeks. No problem. Day of install, three guys showed up, at the time I was told, 7:30a.m. All three gentlemen walked my husband and I through the process of what they were going to do. Asked us if we needed or wanted any specific things or concerns answered. Job was completed at 5:00 p.m. Guys worked in over 105 degree heat straight . Gutters look like crown molding around my home. Grounds spotless. This is example of an A plus American family ran business. We can not say enough about the results and incredible crew. One beautiful job! .

Tim responded to my call immediately. He came on the day that we agreed to for an estimate and was here earlier than I expected and greeted me with a smile. He didn't rush through and explained everything as we went around the house. Right from the start he said the problem with flooding around my house from heavy rains was dud to the gutters leaning away from the roof and he said that he would add hangers to correct the tipping issues. He also installed 6" seamless gutter on the lanai area. As we walked around the house Tim added the extensions to the down spouts that I had without me asking. I highly recommend Tim Taylor gutters for his quality of work, Tim's quick response, his honesty (he didn't try to sell me new gutters) and his cost of labor is fair and reasonable and lower than I expected. My sincere appreciation and thanks to Tim and his nephews for doing this for me.

If you're looking to have gutter and/or drain work done this is the only call you need to make. I hired Tim Taylor Gutters to install new drains and gutters and I couldn't be happier with the result. Tim came out to give me an estimate and I could tell within two minutes of speaking to him that I'd found my guy. Aside from being incredibly friendly and a pleasure to talk with, I noticed immediately that Tim knows his business. He assessed what I needed and gave me his honest suggestions. He presented several options and never tried to push the most expensive choice, however I was so impressed after listening to him I decided to get the works. Tim was proactive in the time leading up to the job and I never had to ask about the status of anything because he kept me up to speed and answered my questions before I could ask them. The time or two I did have to reach out about something I got an almost immediate response, regardless of whether it was after hours or on the weekend. By comparison, when I first started looking for someone to do my gutters I didn't get a call back from the majority of people I called for estimates. As the job was being done Tim and his crew routinely updated me and thoroughly discussed any surprises they encountered along the way (for example the way my sprinkler pipes were positioned) and the options to deal with them. The work was done in about a day and a half and is absolutely perfect. Tim installed new gutters around my house and connected them to buried drains that run the water away from the property. He also repaired a patch of soffit that was damaged during a storm and another that was damaged when Spectrum came out to do some rewiring. When I've hired contractors in the past they typically took their check and left the second they finished the job, but Tim was a completely different story. Tim made it a point to show and explain everything that was done, but while he was doing it he was so excited about how everything turned out you'd think we were looking at his house and gutter system. He genuinely wants to do a great job (which he did) and wants to make sure his customers are satisfied. He also made himself available going forward in the event I have any questions or need anything. Also and for what it's worth, after seeing how hard Tim and his crew worked on the first day I offered to cut him a check for the full cost of the job. Tim refused to take it and said he'd only take the check after the job was done. Good luck finding another person in any industry who would do the same. At the risk or sounding redundant this is the guy you want to hire, plain and simple. I can't endorse Tim and his company enough.

I am very happy with the service that Tim and his men did today installing new seamless gutters and downspouts on my newly purchased home. I must say, I am a retired contractor that specialized in residential roofing and the installation of gutters and downspouts for 50 years so I know when a job is being done right or not. They didn’t just slap on the gutters like many contractors do, they made sure that each and every gutter was securely fastened and pitched properly with a level to ensure a positive water flow to the drain. What sets Tim apart from many contractors I’ve met over the years is that he prides himself on giving excellent communication, making sure the property is cleaned thoroughly when done and making sure that the job is done perfectly the first time. Tim was recommended to me by a roofing company that I had hired before to fix a little problem on our roof. The great ratings for Tim's company on the internet are well deserved. I needed some small but tricky repairs that no other gutter company agreed to do. Instead, they offered to install a new gutter system for thousands of dollars or to do repairs for a minimum charge of several hundred dollars. Our gutter problems didn't involve a big repair job. Tim didn't hesitate to come by for this small job. He and his crew did very good work. They were on time, polite, very professional, offered a very reasonable price and fixed my gutter problems to my satisfaction. Within the next 5 years, we probably need a new roof and I would not hesitate to have Tim install the new gutters.

Purchase new soffits and gutters from tim taylor's gutters. I was very happy with the end result. They were polite and professional. The soffits took one day, and they returned on the 2nd day and did the gutters. They cleaned up well. They may be a little pricey but you get what you pay for....and I would go with them again if needed. They did a fantastic job.
